The aroma is reminiscent of apple and also partly in the direction of apricot. The wine was matured dry. The concise acidity is also typical of this Riesling. The taste can also be found in the red Buntsandstein. Fine citrus notes can also be found. When harvesting, only the laborious manual work can be used on small plots, which ensures high quality.
